Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (€12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note for International Orders: For orders outside Asia and certain regions, please note that delivery times may be slightly longer due to customs procedures.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide, with the exception of some remote areas. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

At Meilleur Surf Magasin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer return and exchange options within 15 days of receiving your package.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition – unused, with all tags and original packaging
  • Items must be accompanied by the original delivery note or proof of purchase
  • The return request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear and surf boardshorts (hygiene reasons)
  • Sunscreen products (opened cosmetic products)

Return or Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject « Return/Exchange Request – [Order Number] ». Include your order details and reason for return/exchange (see template below).
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will send you return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Wait for processing – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or the shipment of your exchange item.

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We will ship the new item as soon as the return is approved
  • If the exchanged item has a different price, we will adjust the amount with a refund or additional payment
  • Shipping costs for the new item are covered by us
